2. Once we have received the required account information from you, we will initiate the transfer immediately.
3. When the transfer is initiated, you will receive an email notification from the receiving registrar with instructions on how to confirm the transfer.

There is not much to transferring a domain and if the domain is being transferred to the same registrar it can be done in 5 minutes or less. Yes, we do welcome offers on our names. We are a domain brokering service so we do everything we can to reach a price that is beneficial to both the owner of the domain name and to you, the buyer.

We ask that our interested buyers keep in mind that the published price is the desired buy-now price of the owner. An offer that is within 10-25% of this price is generally considered a reasonable offer, but we cannot guarantee that the owner will entertain an offer. The published price may be the lowest he/she is willing to sell. This price is also subject to change and may increase over time. 

Brandroot serves as a third-party marketplace and escrow agent for domain names. Although we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction during the purchase process, we are unable to provide refunds and exchanges after an order has been placed. 2. In order to Trademark any name the owner must either:

   ->Be using the name in commerce, meaning you have used the name to sell or market a product or service to customers around the United States (or your country) and not just your home state.

   ->Have good faith intentions on using the trademark in the future.

3. To apply for any Trademark the application must be under the owners name (or organization), address and citizenship. 

Since any given name at Brandroot can sit for a very long period of time before being sold, we cannot say that we have intentions on using the name. Even if we could express intention, we also have no way of knowing in what country to register the trademark or in what industry. Furthermore, the trademark has to be associated with its owner. All of this is up to the user of the name.
